الدفاع المدني الفلسطيني يُكمل دورة جايكا التدريبية حول التعامل الآمن مع المواد الخطرة في الأردن

أكمل عدد من منتسبي الدفاع المدني الفلسطيني بنجاح دورة تدريبية نظمتها الوكالة اليابانية للتعاون الدولي (جايكا) حول التعامل الآمن مع المواد الخطرة، والتي عُقدت في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. وتمثل هذه الدورة خطوة مهمة نحو تعزيز قدرات الاستجابة للطوارئ والارتقاء بمستوى السلامة العامة في فلسطين.

هدفت الدورة إلى تعزيز معارف المشاركين ومهاراتهم العملية في التعرف على المواد الخطرة والتعامل معها ونقلها وتخزينها، بالإضافة إلى إجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ المرتبطة بها. ومن خلال الجمع بين المحاضرات النظرية والتدريبات العملية والتعلم الميداني، تمكن المشاركون من تطوير قدراتهم على الاستجابة الآمنة والفعالة للحوادث التي تنطوي على مواد خطرة. كما أتاحت الدورة فرصة قيّمة لتبادل الخبرات والمعارف مع المختصين والممارسين في هذا المجال، مما يسهم في تعزيز الجاهزية والقدرات التشغيلية لدى جهاز الدفاع المدني الفلسطيني.

وتؤكد جايكا التزامها المستمر بدعم بناء القدرات وتطوير الموارد البشرية والمؤسسات في فلسطين من خلال التعاون الفني والتدريب. ومن المتوقع أن تسهم المعارف والمهارات المكتسبة من هذه الدورة في تعزيز سلامة المجتمعات وتحسين خدمات الاستجابة للطوارئ.

ヨルダンにおいて実施されたJICA危険物安全取扱い研修をパレスチナの消防・救助機関の隊員が修了

パレスチナ消防・救助機関の隊員が、ヨルダン・ハシェミット王国において実施されたJICAの「危険物の安全な取扱い」研修を無事修了しました。本研修は、緊急対応能力の強化とパレスチナにおける公共の安全向上に向けた重要な取り組みの一環として実施されたものです。

本研修では、危険物の識別、取扱い、輸送、保管および事故発生時の対応手順に関する知識と実践的な技能の向上を目的としました。講義、実習、現場での学習を通じて、参加者は危険物に関連する事故に対し、安全かつ効果的に対応するための能力を強化しました。

また、本研修は専門家や実務者との意見交換や知見共有の貴重な機会となり、パレスチナ民間防衛隊の備えと運用能力のさらなる向上に貢献しました。

JICAは今後も、技術協力や人材育成を通じてパレスチナの能力強化と組織体制の発展を支援してまいります。本研修で得られた知識と技能が、地域社会の安全向上とより効果的な緊急対応に役立てられることを期待しています。

Palestinian Civil Defense Completes JICA Training Course on Safe Handling of Hazardous Materials in Jordan

JICA is pleased to announce the successful completion of a training course on the Safe Handling of Hazardous Materials by members of the Palestinian Civil Defense, held in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

The training aimed to strengthen the participants' knowledge and practical skills in the identification, handling, transportation, storage, and emergency response procedures related to hazardous materials. Through a combination of classroom sessions, practical exercises, and field-based learning, participants enhanced their capacity to respond safely and effectively to incidents involving hazardous substances.

This training provided an important opportunity for professional exchange and knowledge sharing with experts and practitioners in the field, contributing to improved preparedness and response capabilities within the Palestinian Civil Defense.

JICA remains committed to supporting the development of human resources and institutional capacities in Palestine and looks forward to continuing its cooperation with the Palestinian Civil Defense to promote public safety and disaster risk management.

تعزيز التعليم من خلال تجهيز المدارس بالمستلزمات الأساسية في قطاع غزة.
ايماناً بأهمية التعليم باعتباره حجر الأساس لبناء مستقبل أفضل، تواصل الوكالة اليابانية للتعاون الدولي (جايكا)) دعمها لقطاع التعليم في غزة من خلال تجهيز أربع مدارس بالمستلزمات والأثاث التعليمي الأساسي، بما يشمل الألواح الصفية، ومكاتب المعلمين، والمقاعد والطاولات المخصصة لطلبة المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية.

ويأتي هذا الدعم في ظل التحديات الصعبة التي يواجهها القطاع التعليمي، بهدف المساهمة في تحسين البيئة التعليمية وتوفير ظروف أكثر ملاءمة للطلبة والمعلمين، بما يساعد على استمرار العملية التعليمية وتعزيز جودة التعليم داخل المدارس المستهدفة.

تؤمن جايكا بأن الاستثمار في التعليم هو استثمار في الإنسان وفي مستقبل فلسطين، وتسعى من خلال شراكتها المستمرة مع وزارة التربية والتعليم إلى دعم الطلبة وتمكينهم من التعلم في بيئة أكثر أماناً وملاءمة، بما يتيح لهم تحقيق طموحاتهم والمساهمة في تنمية مجتمعهم.

نتطلع إلى أن تسهم هذه التجهيزات في توفير تجربة تعليمية أفضل للطلبة، وأن تمنحهم مساحة مناسبة للتعلم والإبداع والنمو، رغم كل التحديات.

Believing that education is the foundation for a brighter future, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) continues to support the education sector in Gaza through the provision of essential school furniture and learning equipment to four schools across the Gaza Strip.The support included the supply of classroom boards, teachers’ desks, and student desks for both junior high and secondary school students, helping to create a more conducive learning environment for students and teachers alike at the beginning of a new academic year.

This assistance comes in response to the challenges facing the education sector and aims to improve school facilities, enhance the learning experience, and support the continuity of education. By providing basic educational equipment, JICA seeks to help schools offer a more comfortable and effective environment for teaching and learning. This initiative also supports the local economy as educational furniture was produced by local suppliers in Gaza.

JICA believes that investing in education is an investment in people and in the future of Palestine. Through its ongoing partnership with the Ministry of Education, JICA remains committed to supporting students and educators, fostering resilience, and contributing to the development of quality education for all.

We hope that these contributions will help students continue their educational journey with confidence and provide them with better opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve their aspirations.
