Every tour brings together people from different places, and somehow… we always end up as one big family by the end of the day.

A different experience . The harvest is underway

the vineyard alive with movement, focus, and feeling. Hands work early and late, baskets fill with fruit, and the air carries the scent of ripening grapes and warm soil. It’s a moment we wait for all year — and now, it’s here.

But while the vineyard commands our attention, another fruit quietly reminds us of summer’s abundance: the fig.

Heavy on the branches, bursting with sweetness, the Algarve fig is nature’s soft punctuation to the intensity of harvest. Between pickings, it’s what we reach for — a moment of pause, a reminder of the land’s generosity. Eaten fresh, or dried for the months ahead, it carries the sun in every bite.

There’s something ancient in this dual rhythm — the urgency of harvest alongside the stillness of the fig tree. One asks us to move, the other invites us to slow down.

This year, more than ever, we’re learning to hold both. To honour the tempo of the land and the time it takes to do things well. Our team — strengthened by familiar hands and new faces — works with quiet purpose. Each grape picked is a story, a hope, a continuation.

And still, there is space to share.

We continue to welcome guests — for tastings, long table lunches, or simply a walk through the vineyard or a stay at our cottages. The conversations stretch out like summer shadows. The figs are here. The harvest is here. And so are we.
