Real Organic Farm Country Cooking. The Good Life. Here at the Lodge, food is a very important part of our daily life. We eat well.

We eat fresh local food that is mainly grown or reared on our own or surrounding farms. We use traditional country recipes, with many wild herbs and fungi gathered from the surrounding forest as well as the generous harvests from our own organic kitchen gardens that draw their waters from a well dating back to the Moorish occupation. We organise regular meetings of our Country Cooking Club, We hos

t parties and functions from kid’s birthdays to small corporate presentations. We organise both one-day country-cooking workshops and residential holiday courses. Country cooking programs can be arranged to include farm and wildlife tours, carriage driving in the National Park or horse back trail rides.

Even though Covid 19 "lock down" measures are being relaxed, the current social distancing advice is not compatible to my workshops. Being held in my country kitchen they always have been (and will be) very personal and hands on - so until further notice here are some happy memories. Stay safe.
