It has come to our attention that a fraudulent listing of our villa has been posted on Booking.com, using our photos and property details without our knowledge or permission.

Please be aware that we do NOT advertise our villa on Booking.com. Any listing of our property on that platform is 100% fake and has no connection to us or our business.

Unfortunately, several people have already been misled and scammed through this false listing. We are deeply sorry for any distress or inconvenience this has caused and are doing everything we can to resolve the situation. We have formally reported the issue to Booking.com and are urging them to remove the fake listing immediately.

✅ Our villa is officially available for booking only through:
• Airbnb
• Vrbo
• Rentalsystems
• Direct bookings through us

If you’re ever unsure whether a listing is legitimate, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

Our beautiful villa is located within the iconic Penina Resort on the outskirts of Alvor and is perfect for relaxing in the sun with friends or family.

The villa has a large newly renovated private salt water swimming pool and extensive gardens. We have a built in BBQ and an outdoor terrace - perfect for al fresco dining.

Equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday including fibre internet, a pool table and an outdoor ping pong table - perfect for keeping everyone entertained.

The villa sleeps a maximum of 12 guests. All bedrooms have new air conditioning units and access to either a private bathroom or en-suite.

Bedroom 2: Double Bed
Bedroom 3: Double bed and single bed
Bedroom 4: Twin single beds
Bedroom 5: Double Bed + small annex room with a single bed

There is a large spacious lounge, an indoor dining room and a games room with pool table. We also have several seating areas including a large family dining table with 12 chairs that can be used outside on the sun terrace or in the sun room.

The villa is equipped with all of the things that you need to feel at home including a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, fibre internet and cable TV.

The villa has private parking within its gated grounds.

The villa is perfectly located to explore all the Algarve has to offer. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away, the town centre of Alvor is 15 minutes away, and Portimao city centre is 15 minutes away.
