So after hooking up with a nice blue marlin the usual rush to get lures in happened. Fish is running last lure in ….. fish jumps …. Shook the hook!!! Damn!!!
Lines back out and within 10 mins another fish lit up spectacularly came in on the same lure …. Lines in again quick time. Followed the lure for about 3 mins before knocking it out of the clip…. Nice spearfish…. Again decided not to bite.. disappointing but very exciting to see

Had a good strike on right long today. Fish took line for around 20 seconds but unfortunately didn’t hook up. 3 marlin landed yesterday and 1 landed so far today. That might be the final count as the wind is up and it has got proper sloppy. Back on it tomorrow.
