It has been some time since my body is telling me to slow down.
it’s not easy to deal with all the responsibilities every single day and step by step I felt physically and mentally exhausted.

For that reason, I’ll listen to my body and slow down a bit, but I’ll still be around, don’t you worry about it, but less than before.

Hope you guys understand it and for those who are dealing with the same thing as me, hope you found your way to make sure you’re okay.

BTW: next Sunday will be good on Monday and Tuesday, starting Wednesday it’s flat 😅🫶

A tiny baby small tip that makes a huge difference in your surfing.
By having your front front completely straight you will not be able to bend your knees properly and play with pressure on your toes or heels.

Putting your front foot 45 degrees allow you to have plenty of capacity doing it.

Taking the time to analyse the wave coming is key to a good decision.

Usually people think there is no time to think and you are in a hurry, in my opinion, you have plenty of time, just organise it well.
Take the time to see if the wave worths the paddle or not, save some energy for whenever the good one arrives.
