A small change to how I work with new clients ✈️🤍

I’ve always believed that good travel planning should feel personal.

Not endless lists.

Not generic quotes.

Not sending the same hotel to everyone.

Proper research.

Proper thought.

Proper time.

So, for new bespoke enquiries, I’m introducing a £50 Private Trip Design Fee.

If you book with Travel Moore, the full £50 is deducted from your booking.

If you don’t go ahead, it simply contributes towards the time and expertise involved in creating your options.

Existing clients won’t be affected.

I deliberately work with a smaller number of clients because I want to know them properly and make every trip feel considered from the very beginning.

Luxury isn’t about sending more options. It’s about finding the right one. ✨

Perhaps the most exclusive thing in travel now is silence. 🌊🤍

A recent ranking of the world’s quietest islands for 2026 caught my attention not because of the list itself, but because of what it says about how people increasingly want to travel.

At the top:
🇳🇿 Stewart Island, New Zealand
🇬🇷 Anafi, Greece
🇧🇷 Ilha Grande, Brazil
🇦🇺 Lord Howe Island, Australia
🇬🇧 St Martin’s, Isles of Scilly
And further down the list: La Digue, Palawan, Vis, Mljet, Havelock Island and Isla Holbox.

What I find interesting is the shift.

For years, luxury has often been defined by more.
More facilities.
More restaurants.
More entertainment.
More access.

But for many travellers, the real luxury is now the opposite.
Fewer people.
Less noise.
More space.
More privacy.
More time.

Somewhere where the setting does the work.
Where the beach doesn’t need a soundtrack.
Where dinner doesn’t need to be theatrical.
Where you can actually hear the sea.
That, to me, feels far more valuable.

I don’t want 1,000 travel clients. ✈️🤍

And that may sound slightly mad coming from someone who runs a travel business.

But I don’t.

Because I want to know my clients properly.

I want to know whether you love a lively hotel or crave complete privacy.

Whether you want every dinner booked in advance or prefer to decide on the day.

Whether you want to see everything… or do absolutely nothing.
Whether you hate early flights.

Whether room service matters.

Whether you want to be looked after constantly or quietly left alone.

I want to remember what you loved last time.

And what drove you mad.

Because the best travel planning isn’t about sending everyone to the same “luxury” hotel.

It’s about knowing what luxury means to you.

That is why I don’t want 1,000 clients.

I want the right clients.

And I want every single one of them to feel properly looked after. ✨

Sicily with a view. 🇮🇹

Set above the Belice Nature Reserve in Menfi, Angheli is the kind of villa that immediately makes you want to gather your favourite people and disappear for a week.

Sleeping up to 12 guests across six bedrooms and six bathrooms, it combines beautifully considered interiors with huge terraces, courtyard gardens scented with orange blossom, vineyard views and the sea stretching out beyond.
And then there’s the infinity pool.

Heatable, beautifully positioned and made for long, lazy afternoons followed by sunset drinks overlooking the Sicilian countryside.

You’re also just a short drive from the sandy beach at the Belice Nature Reserve, with Menfi, Sciacca, Selinunte and some wonderful wine country all within reach.

This is exactly the sort of villa I love for families or groups of friends who want privacy, space and somewhere that feels genuinely special without being overdone.

Goa, but not as you know it.

Tucked away in Pilerne, The Seven Doors House is a beautifully restored Portuguese-Goan estate dating back to 1932.

This is exactly the sort of property that catches my eye for Travel Moore clients full of character, history and individuality, with none of that generic luxury-hotel feel.

Think tropical gardens, peaceful verandahs, a lotus pond, a 15-metre infinity pool, beautifully restored interiors and a real sense of privacy.

There’s a main house with five ensuite bedrooms, alongside two cottages, making it a brilliant option for families or groups travelling together.

What I love most is that it feels deeply connected to Goa itself. It gives you the chance to experience a more authentic, slower and more personal side of the destination.

For me, this is where luxury travel becomes really interesting.
Not bigger. Not flashier.

WOW. What a week at Travel Moore! ✈️🌍✨

It has been absolutely non-stop and I have loved every minute of it.

This week alone I’ve been working on…

🏝️ A Maldives honeymoon
🌴 A St Lucia getaway
🥂 A fabulous French weekend away
🇺🇸 A USA adventure
🦁 An incredible safari
…all completely different trips, all completely different briefs, and all needing that personal attention that goes into creating the right holiday for each client.

And while I’ve been busy planning future adventures, I’ve also had clients travelling all over the world.

Some are currently living their best lives at Disney World 🏰✨

Others are enjoying Italy 🇮🇹

And then there’s Saint-Tropez… 🇫🇷🥂

A very last-minute booking, over one of the busiest weekends, with a wish list of some of THE most sought-after restaurants in Saint-Tropez.

I can’t lie, I was pretty pleased with myself!

Alongside all of that, I’ve also been working on adjustments to a huge multi-destination trip for next year.

Would I have it any other way? Not a chance.

This is what we do.

An extraordinary journey through India with The Oberoi Group 🇮🇳✨

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been sharing the remarkable Oberoi properties I’ll be staying at on my upcoming journey through India and now, with the final hotel revealed, I can finally say just how excited I am for what lies ahead.

This is more than simply a trip to India. It’s an opportunity to experience The Oberoi Group in depth their service, hospitality, design, standards and the incredible attention to detail that has made Oberoi one of the most respected names in luxury travel.

For me, luxury travel has always been about far more than a beautiful hotel room. It’s the welcome, the service, the atmosphere, the people and those moments you remember long after you return home.

Five stars doesn’t always mean better. ⭐️

We often stay in four-star hotels in Europe ourselves, and sometimes the reason a hotel is missing that extra star can be something as simple as not having a lift or one particular facility required for the official classification.

It doesn’t mean the experience is any less special.

And equally, a beautiful five-star hotel can still be completely wrong for you.

Too formal.
Too isolated.
Wrong atmosphere.
Wrong location.
Wrong room.
Wrong fit.

This is why I never really believe in “the best hotel”.
I believe in the right hotel for the person travelling.

Sometimes that’s five-star.

Sometimes it’s four-star.

Sometimes the four-star hotel will give you a far better holiday than the more expensive option next door.

Stars are a classification.

They don’t tell me whether you’re going to love being there.
Luxury is the personal experience, not the price tag. ✨✈️
