The house is an old and century old Portuguese house that still retains some of its original character. Its charm and location are its strongest points. The house includes bed linen, towels, internet and TV channels.

- This announcement refers to the apartment on the first floor: the apartment has two bedrooms and consists of a kitchen with access to a patio and storage room, bathroom with bathtub, living room and dining area. Ideal for 4 people.

Located on Rua das Rosas, in a typical and residential neighbourhood with a lot of history, it has all the amenities close by. Supermarkets, bakery, cafes, laundry and several shops less than 5 minutes walk. The Municipal Market and the train station are less than a 10-minute walk away. The Casino, the beach and the most popular area of bars, restaurants and the arts & entertainment center are a 15-minute walk away.
The marina is 300 meters away.

Conditions: Prices are per apartment.
Vacation
- July and August: from € 350 per week
- Rest of the year: from € 300 per week

Monthly rent, Medium and Short Term Stays
- € 375 monthly in low season
- € 575 July and August + more utilities (eg € 130 based on two people), (gas bottles not included).

Important:
* There is a deposit of 200 euros (up to 1 month's stay) or 400 euros for more than one month.
The deposit is used to reserve the house and serve as a guarantee against damage to the property. This amount will be returned in full at the end of your stay, once the property is verified.
