The stunning "Casa da Igreja Velha" is centrally located just next to "Santa Ana" church and is a living testemony of Furnas history. This former school, nowadays a spacious cottage with three bedrooms, a living and dining room, and equipped kitchen will become your refuge in São Miguel. At Furnas Houses our three bedroom cottages are designed thinking about your comfort and privacy so you can enjoy time slowly. Our Furnas Houses are fully equipped with kitchen, living room and dining area and two bathrooms with all the necessary amenities. In colder days, wood fired oven fragrances fill in the room and keep you cosy and nurtured. After a day exploring all incredible trails São Miguel has to offer, you can have a glass of wine in your balcony while contemplating the astonishing mountain view. The ample windows invite you to read your favourite author in the interior pateo or simply savour a nice barbecue in the garden.
