The Casa Monte Cristo Collection is privately owned and family run. The first villa we bought was in 2006. Following on in 2010 villa No. 2 was bought but was demolished and a brand new 5 bedroom en-suite villa was built. No. 3 followed in 2010 and No. 4 closely afterwards in 2012. All villas are decorated to the highest standard and we are very passionate about the décor and cleanliness throughout all our villas. In 2021 we will be opening 2 more villas both of which will have 7 bedrooms en-suite. We employ our own cleaning staff, gardeners and Villa Manager all year round and most of our staff have been with us from the very beginning.
In 2014 we decided that we would like to undertake special events and weddings in our wonderful grounds headed up by Deirdre who was and still is very passionate about the events she undertakes and this has gone from strength to strength year on year with some wonderful memories over the years. So much so that her Daughter Victoria has now joined her in taking our special events to even higher levels. Between all members of the family we have over 100 years’ worth of experience in undertaking weddings and events and have an enviable reputation for all the events we undertake – just read our testimonials as proof.
We are now offering ‘all inclusive’ wedding packages in this wonderful part of the Algarve and can combine the wedding day of your dreams with a much deserved holiday in our luxurious villas and be safe in the knowledge that you can put your trust in us to deliver your wedding or special event in our capable hands.
Located in the heart of the stunning Western Algarve and nestled on a secluded hillside between the historic towns of Lagos and Praia da Luz, we provide the most personal and unique location to make your wedding or special event in Portugal truly special. We are proud to be the one and only collection of villas in the Algarve to be able to offer two unique locations for up to 200 guests. We also offer a FREE personal wedding and special event planning service taking the hassle away from a destination event.
