Meet the three dolphin species you’re most likely to see on our tours. 🪸🌊
🐬 Common Dolphin (Delphinus delphis) - One of the most frequently sighted species on our tours. They can reach 2.7 m, 235 kg, live up to 35 years, and dive for about 8 minutes.
Highly curious and interactive, they often approach boats and show interest in observing humans.

🐬 Bottlenose Dolphin (Tursiops truncatus) - The largest of the three species, reaching up to 3.9 m, 635 kg, and living up to 67 years, with dives of around 13 minutes.
Highly intelligent and playful, they have even been known to interact with pufferfish 🐡, using their toxin for relaxing effects.

🐬 Striped Dolphin (Stenella coeruleoalba) - They can grow up to 2.6 m, weigh 156 kg, and live up to 58 years.
Often seen with common dolphins, forming large groups. Their close bond sometimes even results in hybrid calves. They also known for roto-tailing, spinning and slapping the water with their tail.
