Parque Municipal do Cabeço de Montachique is a great spot for a picnic or BBQ near Lisbon 🌿

The area is big, green and very well kept. There are picnic tables, BBQ grills, a playground, sports areas, parking, clean toilets and plenty of space to walk around.

Important: you can’t bring your own grill or gas stove - only the park’s barbecue grills are allowed. Some picnic areas and pavilions can be reserved in advance by email, which is useful if you’re going with a big group on weekends or holidays.
