3 Algarve hikes worth putting on your list 🥾

1.⁠ ⁠Coastal Gems - East to West 🌊A journey across the Algarve, from the quieter eastern coast around Cacela Velha and Tavira to the dramatic cliffs of the western Algarve. Along the way: lagoons, beaches, coastal paths and some of the region’s most iconic landscapes, including the Seven Hanging Valleys and Ponta da Piedade.

2.⁠ ⁠Exploring the Portuguese Southwest Coast 🥾For a wilder side of the Algarve. This route follows the Atlantic coast from Aljezur towards Sagres, combining rugged cliffs, secluded beaches, fishing villages and sections of the famous Rota Vicentina. Think Arrifana, Carrapateira, Amado and Cabo de São Vicente.

3.⁠ ⁠Alentejo to Algarve - the best of Rota Vicentina 🌅For those who want to properly experience the Southwest Coast. Starting in Vila Nova de Milfontes, this multi-day walking journey follows the Rota Vicentina south towards the Algarve, passing through remote coastal landscapes, beaches, cliffs and traditional villages before reaching the area around Sagres.
