Lisbon Serviced Apartments is the largest operator of short-term stay apartments in Lisbon.

All apartments are in buildings 100% allocated to the services of Lisbon Serviced Apartments. Launched in 2009, with then one building, it has been expanding in a fast and sustainable way offering now more than 150 apartments in the center of Lisbon, soon to reach 300 in 20 buildings after the successful implementation of the ongoing expansion plan. Since we do not own any of the buildings all our

attention is focused on the management of third parties’ buildings, which gives our investors and partners an added guarantee of professionalism and independence, has is stated by our portfolio of large institutional investors as well as small investors (who only have one apartment) . We are also proud to share with all our customers that, by the end of 2016, SC1 Venture Capital Fund (managed by Menlo Capital) became a new shareholder. This investment ensures that Lisbon Serviced Apartments will be able to keep up with its expansion pace. All apartments are in buildings 100% allocated to the services of Lisbon Serviced Apartments, without the risk of finding the inconvenience of sharing buildings between owner occupiers and tenants. All accommodations include a daily maid service, linen and bath and the Internet without additional charge to users.

🇬🇧 The Mouraria apartments have the privilege of being integrated into one of the most charismatic and genuine neighborhoods in the city, close to the unmissable Castelo de São Jorge. After all, it was in this area that fado, the Portuguese anthem song, was born.

This completely renovated building has all the comfort conditions you need for an unforgettable stay. Furthermore, it has six types: studios, with an area of 31 m², where up to two people can stay; the Superior studios, measuring 40 m², for up to three guests; the Deluxe studios, measuring 54 m² and capacity for four people; the 1-bedroom apartments, with 50 m² and a double bedroom, with space for up to four guests; the 1-bedroom Deluxe apartments, with an area of 66 m², for up to four people; and, finally, the 2-bedroom Duplex apartment, measuring 106 m², capable of accommodating up to six guests.

Além disso, os apartamentos Estrela contam com tudo aquilo de que necessita para uma estadia memorável: wi-fi gratuito, ar condicionado, check-in automático e cozinha totalmente equipada, por exemplo.

Estes 15 apartamentos estão divididos em diferentes tipologias: os Estúdios para duas pessoas, com uma área de 30 m²; os Estúdios Deluxe para três pessoas, de 32 m²; e os Estúdios Superior, que acomodam quatro pessoas, com 37 m². Tem ainda disponível um espaçoso T1, de 66 m², para quatro hóspedes.

Furthermore, Estrela apartments have everything you need for a memorable stay: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, automatic check-in and a fully equipped kitchen, for example.
