Beyond our company, she is also shaping the future of the MICE industry through her work with SITE Global and with initiatives like IGNITE, discussions on transitioning generations and just openely talking about the pluses and minusus of a carrer in one of the most stressful jobs in the world, and thus empowering the next generation of event professionals.
