or conference trips, incentive meetings or special breaks. We have been able to establish a company that truly knows Portugal and understands its people, its history and its culture. In just a few years, Beatriz has become a real force of innovation in our team - always bringing fresh ideas, energy, and a bold vision for the future.

Beyond our company, she is also shaping the future of the MICE industry through her work with SITE Global and with initiatives like IGNITE, discussions on transitioning generations and just openely talking about the pluses and minusus of a carrer in one of the most stressful jobs in the world, and thus empowering the next generation of event professionals.
