Final full day in Porto was special indeed, capped off with dinner at one the top seafood restaurants in this seafood centric city, plus a 1963 Warre's Port!

The continues! Great visit to see our friend Vitor at the heaven on earth winery Covela in Vinho Verde, then time in Porto to relax and explore on our own. Life is good!

Another amazing day in the !

Harvesting grapes in the Douro, grape stomping in a traditional lagar, fabulous food, and the knowledge of the one and only Oscar Quevedo. Just incredible.

Another amazing couple of days in with Catavino and The Flying Grape! Dinner with a winemaker (during harvest season!) tours of vineyards, octopus and steak galore, and one of the most amazing sunsets ever. More photos coming soon!

The day two: Learning about the Alentejo, the key varieties, wine making in ancient style amphorae (some 300+ years old) and eating a huge range of amazing food! Love Portugal!!!
