" We went truffle hunting in a forest with Federico and two of his dogs. Then we ate a yummy homemade lunch at his house with the truffles we found that day. It was wonderful! We also spent a long time playing with the dogs and petting them after lunch "

" We had a lovely morning from start to finish. We met the sheep,chickens, rabbits then headed to the goat pasture. Fed and milked the goats alongside Umbelina. Back to the house to make cheese and have a snack. It was a great farm experience. Recommend to anyone interested in the fresh cheese process! " Thank you Gail Oconnor 🙌🙌

" What a fantastic day we had. We were so fortunate to have a private tour of the orchard. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and we learned so much about the different oranges grown here. We learned about the unique grafting process where they can change the type of fruit grown on a tree, or create a tree that produces many different types of oranges. I ate my way through the orchard dripping in juice by the end of the tour, and then we were served the most delicious lemonade and orange cake. The experience is a must! "

What an amazing day visiting a hydroponic farm and learning firsthand from a dedicated producer! 🚜✨ Seeing sustainable and innovative cultivation up close was truly inspiring.

From nutrient-rich water systems to thriving plants without soil, this experience showed us the future of agriculture! 🌿🌎
