The loft has a total area of 120m2, which includes 75m2 of open space (kitchen, dining and living areas), a suite of 25m2 and a second suite of 20m2. The apartment has high-ceilings with angular and asymmetric lines, giving it lot of character. rivate bathroom, with a toilet, sink, bidet, large mirror, large shower and automatic roof-windows (yes, we have natural light in the bathroom :) ). Furthermore, all areas have air-conditioning, central heating, wireless internet, windows that can be closed to complete darkness and are double-glassed with excellent sound isolation. This is absolutely necessary to sleep well and quietly in this neighbourhood if you are light- and sound-sensitive like we are. It's fun to live in Bairro Alto but one needs to rest quietly.
