Ginjinha (gin-gin-ia) or simple Ginja (gin-gia) its a licor obtained from a fruit very similar to a cherry and its very popular in Portugal, specialy in Lisbon and Óbidos. Its normaly served with a ginja at the bottom of the cup. Attention its not a shot, you should drink it by sips.
