A right royal day out at the Epsom Derby! 🇬🇧🏇

Caught up with these two fine gentlemen sporting the iconic British Foot Guards uniform — famous for its scarlet tunic and towering bearskin hat. Originally worn by the elite regiments tasked with protecting the monarch, the uniform dates back centuries and remains one of Britain's most recognisable military traditions.

Thankfully, they were happy to pose for a photo rather than march me off to the Tower of London! 😄

Nothing says "British summer" quite like horse racing, history, and a photo with the King's guards. 🙏🏽🌍🌺👏🏾

A fantastic day at the world-famous Epsom Derby, one of Britain's greatest sporting traditions! 🏇🇬🇧

First run in 1780, The Derby has become the most prestigious flat horse race in the UK and has inspired famous races around the world. Held at historic Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, the event attracts racing fans, royalty, and visitors from across the globe every year.

Today I'm enjoying the action from the Queen Elizabeth II Stand, the racecourse's premier enclosure. Originally opened as the Queen's Stand in 1992, it was renamed in 2022 to honour Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, who was a lifelong supporter of horse racing and a regular visitor to Epsom. The stand offers spectacular views of the finishing straight, Winners' Circle, and Parade Ring.

The Derby Festival is traditionally held over two days in early June, with Ladies' Day on the Friday and Derby Day on the first Saturday of June.

A perfect blend of history, heritage, fashion, and sporting excellence in the heart of Surrey!

Standing proudly on the edge of the Cotswolds, Malmesbury Abbey is a remarkable piece of England's history. Founded in the 7th century, this stunning abbey has witnessed over 1,300 years of change, from medieval prosperity to dramatic setbacks. In 1180, a devastating fire swept through the abbey, leading to major rebuilding work that shaped much of the architecture we admire today.

With its magnificent Norman features, rich heritage, and peaceful setting in the historic town of Malmesbury, the abbey remains one of the most fascinating landmarks in the Cotswolds.

🌎 Travel tip: One of the best ways to experience any city sustainably is to just dive right into the local transit system!

Cities like make it so easy to get around by hopping on a bus or taking the subway. You get a front-row seat to the local lifestyle, and it’s a wonderful way to keep your travels eco-friendly.Plus, public transit is the ultimate fashion inspiration. I literally matched my outfit to the London Underground's Circle Line here 😁.
They say "Mind the Gap," but honestly, they should be minding this color coordination ☺️
