Back to school means turning big ideas into action for another year of CAS planning.

As you guide students through their individual journeys or search for a project that brings your whole community together, you don't have to start from scratch. We’ve put together a collection of resources to help your students get the most out of their Creativity, Activity, and Service experiences.

The CAS Project Challenge is back
Students (ages 25 and under) can work in teams of 3–6 to identify a genuine issue in their community, design a project inspired by the UN Sustainable Development Goals, document their journey in a short video and compete to win a scholarship for their entire team to attend their nearest Global Student Exchange.

Our Community-Led Service (CLS) programs are designed with communities, not for them. Every project responds to an authentic, locally identified need, creating opportunities for students to learn through genuine partnership and cultural exchange.

Along the way, students develop empathy, resilience, initiative, and a deeper understanding of their place in a connected world. These trips are a wonderful opportunity for older students to explore who they want to be as they step into the next phase of their lives.
