Ponta da Piedade is a prominent coastal feature situated approximately 3 kilometers southwest of the town of Lagos, on the southwestern coast.

The area is characterized by limestone cliffs, which have been eroded by the Atlantic Ocean over millennia to create a series of intricate rock formations.
Including natural arches, sea stacks, grottoes, and caves.
Also known for its clear, turquoise waters, which are influenced by both Atlantic currents and the Mediterranean. 🌊
