This beautiful large villa is situated in a small urbanization east of Pêra, a typical Portuguese village. The house has beautiful views across the dunes to the sea. There is a small road (short cut) to the superb sandy beach some 5km long between Galé and Armação de Pera with several beach bar restaurants and facilities to hire sun beds and sunshades. Armacao de Pera is the nearest town, a 10 minute drive, with a huge selection of restaurants. Albufeira town is 10 km away, about 15 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5km and is famous for many good value restaurants specializing in chicken piri piri. The nearest supermarket is 300m away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive selling everything you could possibly need with Cinemas and restaurants area.
