Have you tried this? 👀 I've used it on multiple flights, so here's what you need to know:
✅ The seat needs to have the adjustable headrests (if you're not sure, search your flight number to find out the aircraft and then cross reference with photos online)
✅ Do not set it up until you are at cruising altitude once the seatbelt sign comes off
✅ Do play around with adjustments - if you're short, try loosening the straps a little to have it hang lower.
✅ It does feel kinda weird at first, but you get used to it!
