Contamos com 2 catamarãs e 3 semi rígidos para qualquer tipo de passeio dependendo do número de passageiros e um pequeno de fibra para apenas grutas.

Baleias comuns começaram a fazer a sua migração do Mediterrâneo para o Norte Atlântico, aqui em Sagres por vezes aproximam-se muito da Costa por ser a ponta mais Sudoeste da Europa.

Fin Whales began already their migration from the Mediterranean to the North Atlantic, here in Sagres they sometimes get very close to the Coast because it is the most Southwestern tip of Europe.

Os últimos dois dias 23 e 24 de Maio têm sido incríveis no que toca a observação de baleias. Em cada dia tivemos uma Willdlife Adventure tour e numa observamos uma espécie raríssima: Cachalotes!
E hoje, uma baleia Comum. Isto para além de várias espécies de golfinhos como Comuns, roazes e riscados. Tem sido incrível.

The last two days May 23 and 24 have been incredible when it comes to whale watching. On both days we had a Willdlife Adventure tour and in one we observed a very rare species: S***m whales!
And today, a Fin whale. This is in addition to several species of dolphins such as Common, botlenose and striped dolphins. It’s been amazing.

Mais umas perspectivas de um dos incríveis Cachalotes que avistamos hoje a oeste do Cabo de São Vicente.
Os cachalotes bem como a maioria das espécies de cetáceos foram muito caçados até aos anos 80’ até que foi decidido que seria mais vantajoso mostra-los às pessoas em vez de caça los. Nasceu assim a observação de Golfinhos e baleias que tem vindo a crescer em todo mundo e com gradual melhoramento das Leis e regras de observação.

A few more perspectives of one of the incredible S***m Whales that we see today west of Cabo de São Vicente.

S***m whales as well as most cetacean species were heavily hunted until the 1980s until it was decided that it would be more advantageous to show them to people instead of hunting them. Like that Dolphin and Whale watching was born, and has been growing all over the world with gradual improvement of Laws and observation rules.

Hoje tivemos um dos nossos Wildlife Adventure tour mais incrível pois tivemos a enorme sorte de avistar 4 Cachalotes (Physeter macrocephalus) incluindo uma cria. É o segundo avistamento de sempre para nós as marítimo turísticas. Um avistamento realmente muito especial para nós. Vamos agora partilhar o nosso avistamento com outras entidades para descobrirmos um match para perceber de que população possa pertencer. 🤩

Today we had one of our most amazing Wildlife Adventure tour because we were very lucky to sight 4 S***m Whales (Physeter macrocephalus) including a calf. It is the second sighting of all time here in Sagres. A very special sighting for us. We’ll now share our sighting with other entities to discover a match to understand which population it may belong to. 🤩

Avistamento incrível de pelo menos 4 Cachalotes (Physeter macrocephalus) incluindo uma cria. Foi o segundo avistamento de Cachalotes em Sagres desde o início da atividade marítimo turística.
Esta é uma espécie nada habitual na nossa costa ao contrário dos Açores e Madeira.

Incredible sighting of at least 4 S***m Whales (Physeter macrocephalus) including a offspring. It was the second sighting of S***m Whales in Sagres since the beginning of the maritime tourist activity.

This is a species that is not usual on our coast unlike the Azores and Madeira.
