Casas da Costeira is a beautiful rural farm with 4 villas in a typical northern Portugal village near national nature parks like “Gerês”, just 15KM away from Guimarães - European Capital of Culture 2012 and classified as World Heritage by Unesco Nowadays, only 2 of the 4 villas are available for renting. One of the Vilas has two suites, a living room and a totally equipped kitchen. The other has a

suite, a double room and a living room with a kitchenette. The farmhouse has many yards and relaxing lounges, a swimming pool and lots of fruit trees and great views. With all the facilities you will need, you are sure to enjoy your stay in Fafe that is near to Guimarães, the European Capital of Culture 2012, as well as close to several Dams, such as Caniçada, Ermal and Queimadela. Nearby the farmhouse there are a lot of bicycle and pedestrian tracks and you can enjoy the Vizela River and natural lagoons. The villa has two suites with private bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a toilet. The villa was designed preserving the original construction but using the most comfortable and modern building materials. Outside the villa you can take advantage of a big yard, a great farm with many relaxing lounges and a big swimming pool.
