READ: The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Doha is monitoring developments 24/7 and is continuously coordinating with local authorities, various diplomatic missions in Doha, various Philippine Embassies across the region, and relevant offices in Manila as the current situation unfolds.

โžค As of this writing, a total of 319 Filipinos consisting of stranded passengers and distressed OFWs have returned to Manila and other onward destinations via the evacuation flights mounted by Qatar Airways beginning 07 March 2026.

โžค The Embassy also provided assistance to at least 27 Filipino pilots and flight crew who crossed the Qatar-KSA border to catch their flight to the Philippines from Riyadh on 10 March 2026.

โžค Several other stranded Filipino transit passengers and nationals on temporary visit have left for the Philippines. Those who remain in Qatar are either given hotel provision by their airlines or are under the care of their visa sponsors. The Embassy is aware of their whereabouts.
