I’m absolutely delighted and incredibly honoured to be speaking at the TTG Media Fairer Travel Event on 30th June 2026 in London, discussing a topic I am deeply passionate about, accessible and inclusive travel.

Accessible travel is not a niche issue. It is about ensuring disabled travellers receive the seamless, dignified and exceptional experiences they deserve, with confidence, understanding and the right support from the very beginning of their journey.

I feel incredibly privileged to be sharing the stage with some fantastic colleagues in the industry, to explore how we can continue breaking down barriers, challenge myths and misconceptions around accessible travel, and move beyond awareness into meaningful action and real change.

Together, we will be discussing:

• Delivering the exceptional experience disabled travellers deserve
• Tackling myths, misconceptions and misinformation around accessible travel
• Improving processes and customer engagement to identify and resolve barriers before the journey begins
• Moving beyond basic awareness to impactful knowledge, confidence and seamless service

Today I am absolute privileged of attending the ITC travel group Leaders Event onboard the iconic British Pullman, A Belmond Train for their “Murder Mystery Lunch” experience 🚂✨

As somebody passionate about accessible and inclusive travel, today means even more to me because accessibility has genuinely been considered throughout the journey. Although the British Pullman is a historic and beautifully preserved train, ITC and in particular Gary Jose Miguel Bates has gone above and beyond to ensure my accessibility needs are fully accommodated and supported throughout the day.

From the beautiful Belmond Lounge at Victoria Station, to travelling through the stunning Kent countryside whilst enjoying a five course lunch and solving a murder mystery onboard the magnificent carriages VERA & IBIS, this promises to be an unforgettable experience.
