🌐 Now, any employee registered with an establishment can easily obtain a secondment work permit to work part-time or full-time with a temporary employer while continuing with their current job. This service brings convenience and flexibility to your career.
📜 Here's what you need to know:
New employers can request a secondment work permit online for a specific employee, with the current employer automatically notified about the request.
Once approved, the permit is attested by the Labor Relations Department at MoL and issued online for both parties.
Renewing your Secondment Work Permit? 🔄 We've got you covered! Our "Renewing a Secondment Work Permit" e-service allows you to extend your existing permit hassle-free.
📋 Best of all, this process is fully digital, automated, and paperless, eliminating the need for in-person visits to our Ministry offices.
📌 Terms & Conditions:
The establishment must adhere to Labor Law No. 14 of 2004.
Establishment registration must be valid, with no Labor Law violations.
The secondment period should not exceed six months, and it must not exceed the worker's residence permit's expiry date.
