🚄 A group of three gentlemen from England, from the towns of Horsham, Aylesbury and Chelmsford, passionate about the history of trains and trams, set off on a journey around the world to visit only tram and train museums and prototypes of historical public transport. They are part of the Mid Essex Railway Society, a British club dedicated to train and model railway enthusiasts.
🚃 They also arrived in Romania, passed through Bucharest, then through Craiova and last Friday they visited the Electric Tram Museum in Ghioroc. There they learned interesting stories about the Green Arrow and the trams in Arad from Mr. Gheorghe Rusu, the museum administrator.
🚞 The translation was provided by the tour guide Alexandru Matica, and the visit of the three tourists was facilitated by the National Center for Tourist Information and Promotion of Arad County.
