ENG Autumn is upon us! But Woodland Adventures is still offering content excursions!
What can you expect on an off-road tour?
- The off-road tour lasts 3-4 hours, depending on the weather, the state of the forest and field roads and you, because if you want to stop several times for a photo or an interesting flower, bird or mushroom, we are flexible.
- In any case, we'll show you a mineral water spring where the locals get their daily drink. However, if you're curious about the variety of these springs, we'll be happy to show you and taste more on our trip.
- We will try to introduce you to the herbs and wildflowers of the season.
- Even if an off-road car is a bit noisy and rattling, you'll be introduced to a true classic, the Lada Niva.
- On top of that, you'll also enjoy some fabulous views.
- One of these views will be made even more atmospheric with a tasting of local brandy and artisan liqueurs.

Mire számíthattok egy off-road túra során?
- Az off-road túra hosszúsága 3-4 óra, ez függ az időjárástól, az erdei-mezei utak állapotától és tőletek is, mert ha többször szeretnétek megállni egy-egy fotó vagy érdekes virág, madár, gomba kedvéért, mi rugalmasak vagyunk.
- Mindenképp mutatunk nektek egy ásványvíz forrást, ahonnan a helyiek is töltik a nap mint nap elfogyasztott innivalójukat. Azonban ha kiváncsiak vagytok ezeknek a forrásoknak a változatosságára, akkor szívesen megmutatunk, megkóstolunk többet is az utunk során.
- Igyekszünk megismertetni veletek az adott időszakban fellelhető gyógynövényeket, vadvirágokat.
- Habár egy off-road autó minidg picit kopog, zörög, de egy igazi kis klasszikussal ismerkedhettek, a Lada Nivával.
- A felsoroltakon kívül még számos mesés panorámában is lesz részetek.
- Egy egy ilyen panorámát egy helyi pálinka és kézműves likőr kóstolással fogunk hangulatosabbá tenni.

La ce vă puteți aștepta la o excursie off-road?
- Turul off-road durează 3-4 ore, în funcție de vreme, de starea drumurilor forestiere și de câmp și de tine, pentru că dacă vrei să te oprești de mai multe ori pentru o fotografie sau pentru o floare, pasăre sau ciupercă interesantă, suntem flexibili.
- În orice caz, vă vom arăta un izvor de apă minerală unde localnicii își iau băutura zilnică. Cu toate acestea, dacă sunteți curioși cu privire la varietatea acestor izvoare, vom fi bucuroși să vă arătăm și să gustăm mai multe în călătoria noastră.
- Vom încerca să vă prezentăm ierburile și florile sălbatice ale sezonului.

ENG What is the secret of the 15 generations of the Sütő family in Vargyas? The answer comes from woodcarver and furniture maker István Sütő. In their family home, we visit a small museum of painted furniture and carved objects, and in the workshop we discover the process of making furniture and the tools used to make it.
Did you know that traditional looms can be used to make all kinds of fabrics, from simple bed linen to rugs and the most complex fabrics for folk costumes? Learn the details in the only active weaving workshop in the Barót Basin. If you feel like it, you can even try it!
In Kisbacon, there is a unique place where a nearly 200-year-old water mill still grinds to this day. The mill building is a real curiosity, where you can watch how grain is turned into flour using the power of water.
The Unitarian fortified church in Nagyajta reminds the visitor of the peasant forths of the Saxon land. The fortifications are home to a rich exhibition of local history and ethnography.The Gothic church, hidden within the castle walls, also has a fresco depicting the legend of St. László.
The Kálnoky Castle in Miklósvár, once again in the care of the Count Kálnoky family, is one of the most beautiful museums in the region, with a rich collection of furniture, weapons and oriental carpets.

HU Mi lehet a titka annak, hogy a vargyasi Sütő családban 15 generáción keresztül fennmaradt a hagyomány? A választ Sütő István fafaragó és bútorfestőművésztől tudjuk meg. A családi házban a festett bútorok és faragott tárgyak kis múzeumát látogatjuk meg, a műhelyben pedig a bútorkészítés folyamatát és a készítéshez használt eszközöket fedezzük fel.
Tudtad, hogy a hagyományos szövőszékeken mindenféle szövetet el lehet készíteni, az egyszerű ágyneműktől kezdve a szőnyegeken át a népviselethez szükséges legbonyolultabb szövetekig? Ismerd meg a részleteket a Baróti-medence egyetlen aktív szövőműhelyében. Ha kedvet kapnál, akár ki is próbálhatod!
Kisbaconban van egy egyedülálló hely, ahol egy közel 200 éves vízimalom még a mai napig őröl. A malom épülete igazi kuriózum, ahol végigkövethetjük, hogyan lesz a gabonából liszt a víz erejét felhasználva.
A nagyajtai unitárius vártemplom a szászföldi parasztvárakra emlékezteti a látogatót. A védőbástyák gazdag helytörténeti és néprajzi kiállításnak adnak otthont.A várfalak közt megbúvó gótikus templom egy Szent László legendát ábrázoló freskót is őriz.
A miklósvári Kálnoky kastély, mely újra a gróf Kálnoky család gondozásában van, Erdővidék egyik legszebb múzeumaként működik napjainkban, gazdag bútor-, fegyver és keleti szőnyeggyűjteményt mutat be.

RO Care este secretul celor 15 generații de tradiție în familia Sütő din Vârghiș? Răspunsul vine de la sculptorul în lemn și pictorul pe mobile, István Sütő. În casa familiei, vizităm un mic muzeu al mobilierului pictat și al obiectelor sculptate, iar în atelier descoperim procesul de fabricare a mobilierului și uneltele folosite pentru a-l realiza.
Știați că la războiul de țesut tradițional se pot confecționa tot felul de țesături, de la simple lenjerii de pat până la covoare și cele mai complexe țesături pentru costume populare? Aflați detaliile în singurul atelier de țesut activ din Bazinul Baraoltului. Dacă aveți chef, puteți chiar să încercați!
La Bățanii Mici, există un loc unic în care o moară de apă veche de aproape 200 de ani macină și astăzi. Clădirea morii este o adevărată curiozitate, unde puteți vedea cm cerealele sunt transformate în făină folosind puterea apei.
Biserica fortificată unitariană din Aita Mare amintește vizitatorului de cetățile țărănești din Ținutul Săsesc. Fortificațiile adăpostesc o bogată expoziție de istorie și etnografie locală. Biserica gotică, ascunsă între zidurile cetății, are și o frescă care prezintă legenda Sfântului Ladislau.
Castelul Kálnoky din Micloșoara, aflat din nou în grija familiei contelui Kálnoky, este unul dintre cele mai frumoase muzee din regiune, cu o bogată colecție de mobilier, arme și covoare orientale.

ENG The expertly restored Saxon porticos, the fortified church rising above the village and the surrounding magnificent landscape have made this one of the most famous Saxon settlements in Transylvania. The tower of the World Heritage church offers a fabulous view of the whole village.
As in the Szekler landscapes, King Charles favoured this region. So much so that he bought a private estate in Viscri. Here you can visit an exhibition of the activities of the foundations he set up in Transylvania.
Heading towards Rupea, you can see a medieval castle built on a rocky hill in the distance. Climbing up the hill, you can admire not only the old castle walls and bastions, but also the stunning panorama of the Carpathian Mountains.

HU A szakszerűen felújított szász porták, a falu főlé emelkedő erődtemplom és a mindezt körülölelő pazar táj t***e ezt a települést az egyik legismertebb szász településsé Erdélyben. A világörökség templom tornyából mesés kilátás nyílik az egész falura.
A székelyföldi tájakhoz hasonlóan, Károly király ezt a vidéket is kedveli. Olyannyira, hogy Szászfehéregyházán is vásárolt magánat egy portát. Ide betérve megtekinthetünk egy kiállítást, mely az általa létrehozott alapítványok Erdélyben zajló tevékenységeit muatják be.
Kőhalom felé haladva, már messziről látszik egy sziklás dombon emelt középkori vára. Ide falkapaszkodva nem csak a régi várfalakat és bástyákat csodálhatjuk meg, hanem a Kárpátokra nyíló panoráma is lenyűgöző.

RO Casele săsești restaurate cu expertiză, biserica fortificată care se înalță deasupra satului și peisajul magnific din jur au făcut din aceasta una dintre cele mai faimoase așezări săsești din Transilvania. Turnul bisericii din patrimoniul mondial oferă o priveliște fabuloasă asupra întregului sat.
Ca și în cazul peisajelor secuiești, regele Angliei a favorizat această regiune. Atât de mult încât a cumpărat o proprietate privată în Viscri. La intrare, puteți vizita o expoziție cu activitățile fundațiilor pe care le-a înființat în Transilvania.
Îndreptându-vă spre Rupea, puteți vedea în depărtare un castel medieval construit pe un deal stâncos. Urcând pe zid, puteți admira nu numai zidurile și bastioanele vechi ale castății, ci și panorama uimitoare a Munților Carpați.

ENG The World Heritage fortress of Prejmer is the finest example of Transylvanian Saxon defensive architecture. The chambers and shelters within the walls of the fortress, and the Gothic church in the middle, guarantee a journey back in time.
Brasov, once a wealthy trading town, is one of the jewels of the Saxon countryside. It preserves the atmosphere of different historical eras and is home to the most eastern Gothic architecture, the Black Church, the Rope Street and many other attractions. It is well worth a stroll for its rich cultural life and the surrounding mountains.

HU A világörökség részét kepező prázsmári erődítmény a legszebb példája az erdélyi szászok védelmi épitkezéseinek. Az erőd falaiban kialakított szalonnakamrák és menedékek, valamint azok öleléseben emelkedő gótikus templom garantálja az időutazást.
Brassó, az egykori gazdag kereskedő város a szász vidék egyik ékköve. Különböző történelmi korok hangulatát őrzi és otthona a legkeletibb gótikus építészetnek, a Fekete templomnak, a cérna utcának és még számos látnivalónak. Mindenképp megér egy sétát a gazdag kulturális életével és az őt körülölelő hegyek látványával.

RO Biserica fortificată din Prejmer, aflată în patrimoniul mondial, este cel mai bun exemplu de arhitectură defensivă săsească din Transilvania. Camerele și adăposturile din interiorul zidurilor cetății, precum și biserica gotică care se înalță în mijlocul lor garantează o călătorie înapoi în timp.
Brașovul, cândva un oraș comercial bogat, este una dintre bijuteriile ținutului săsesc. Păstrează atmosfera diferitelor epoci istorice și găzduiește cea mai estică arhitectură gotică, Biserica Neagră, Strada Sforii și multe alte atracții. Merită o plimbare pentru viața sa culturală bogată și pentru munții din jur.

ENG If you're looking for traces of volcanoes in Szeklerland, why not start inside a crater. Lake St Anne was formed in the crater of a relatively young volcano. Surrounded by fragrant pine forest, gleaming birch trees and lush blueberry bushes, you can already see the hero of the lake's legend, Anne. You can also visit another crater in the neighbourhood of St. Anne's Lake. This is where the Mohos peat bog was formed, which can be reached by a well-maintained path. Among the dwarf pine trees, peat rosemary and blueberry bushes, you can see rarities such as carnivorous dew-grass, legless lizard and moor-grass. The tundra-like marsh is a truly enchanting place.
Near Bálványosfürdő, in a tiny valley, you will find the Apor girls' bath. In this small area, eight different mineral springs break the surface, each with a different composition of water. They can be described as a world rarity.

HU Ha az ember a vulkánok nyomait kutatja Székelyföldön, akkor miért ne kezdené épp egy kráter belsejében. A Szent Anna-tó ugyanis egy viszonylag fiatal vulkán kráterében alakult ki. Illatos fenyőerdő, fénylő nyírfák, buja áfonya bokrok ölelik körül és már már látjuk magunk előtt a tó legendájának hősét, Annát. A Szent Anna-tó szomszédságában egy másik krátert is meglátogathatunk. Ebben alakult ki a Mohos-tőzegláp, melybe egy kiépített ösvényen juthatunk be. A törpe méretű fenyőfák, tőzeg rozmaring és áfonya bokrok alatt olyan ritkaságokkal találkozhatunk, mint a húsevő harmatfű, a lábatlan gyík vagy a mámorka. A tundra világára emlékeztető láp egy igazán elbűvölő hely.
Bálványosfürdő közelében egy pici völgyben található az Apor lányok feredője. Ezen a kis területen nyolc ásványvíz tör a felszínre, melyeknek vizük mind különböző. Igazi világritkaságnak tekinthető.

RO Dacă sunteți în căutarea urmelor vulcanilor din Ținutul Secuiesc, de ce să nu începeți în interiorul unui crater vulcanic. Lacul Sfânta Ana s-a format în craterul unui vulcan relativ tânăr. Înconjurat de o pădure parfumată de pini, mesteceni strălucitori și tufe luxuriante de afine, o puteți vedea deja pe eroina din legenda lacului, Ana. De asemenea, puteți vizita un alt crater în vecinătatea lacului. Aici s-a format turbăria Mohos, la care se poate ajunge pe o potecă bine întreținută. Printre pinii pitici, rozmarinul de turbă și tufele de afine, puteți vedea rarități precum roinița carnivoră, năpârcă și eriophorum. Mlaștina cu aspect de tundră este un loc cu adevărat încântător.
În apropiere de Băile Bálványos, într-o vale mică, veți găsi baia fetelor Apor. În această mică zonă, ies la suprafață opt izvoare minerale diferite, fiecare cu o compoziție de minerale diferită. Acestea pot fi descrise ca o raritate mondială.

ENG We know that bears could be seen in the outskirts of villages in Szeklerland nowadays. But an afternoon spent in a bear reserve is a completely different experience. You can observe the often playful bears up close. You can learn a lot of interesting facts about the forest dwellers from the local ranger and see other wildlife on the way to the observation point.

HU Tudjuk, hogy Székelyföldön manapság a falvak határában is találkozhatunk medvékkel. De egy medvelesben töltött délután teljesen más élményt jelent. Egészen közelről figyelheted meg az amúgy gyakran játékos vadakat. Sok érdekességet tudhatsz meg az erdő lakóitól a velünk tartó vadőrtől és a megfigyelőhelyhez vezető úton más vadon élő állatokat is láthatsz.

RO Știm că urșii pot fi văzuți la marginea satelor din Ținutul Secuiesc în zilele noastre. Dar o după-amiază petrecută într-o rezervație de urși este o experiență complet diferită. Puteți observa de aproape urșii, adesea jucăuși. Puteți afla o mulțime de lucruri interesante despre locuitorii pădurii de la rangerul de pe drum și puteți vedea alte animale sălbatice pe drumul spre punctul de observație.
