All of our profits go towards funding the Foundation's projects to create Europe’s largest forest wilderness National Park in the Romanian Făgăraș Mountains. This will be a complete and self-sustaining ecosystem, which benefits nature and people whilst mitigating climate change. We aim to create a new, no

n-destructive economy for the benefit of biodiversity as well as the local communities. We're developing Conservation Enterprise examples in and around the Făgăraș Mountains and working closely with the locals in order to achieve this. Our ultimate goal is to establish a world-class protected wilderness in the Southern Romanian Carpathians, an icon for conservation in Europe, and a new emblematic National Park that will benefit everyone. Bine ați venit la Travel Carpathia! Alegându-ne, susțineți munca de conservare a Fundației Conservation Carpathia. Toate profiturile noastre sunt direcționate către finanțarea proiectelor Fundației de creare a celui mai mare parc național cu natură sălbatică din Europa în Munții Făgăraș. Acesta va fi un ecosistem complet și autonom, care aduce beneficii naturii și oamenilor, atenuând în același timp schimbările climatice. Ne propunem să creăm o economie nouă, nedistructivă, în beneficiul biodiversității, precum și al comunităților locale. Dezvoltăm exemple de afaceri verzi în și în jurul Munților Făgăraș și lucrăm îndeaproape cu localnicii pentru a realiza acest lucru. Scopul nostru final este să creăm o zonă protejată cu natură sălbatică de clasă mondială în Carpații Meridionali, un exemplu de conservare în Europa și cel mai emblematic parc național de pe continent, care va aduce beneficii tuturor. It was a lovely evening at the Residence of the Ambassador of Great Britain in Bucharest.

We shared the heart of Conservation Carpathia — our mission to protect the forests, wildlife, and local communities of the Carpathians — and showed how our eco-tourism experiences let every visit help nature thrive.

Guests also enjoyed a taste of the Făgăraș Mountains with specialties from Roadele Munților, a Conservation Carpathia initiative to support small-scale producers from the area.

A big thank you to the British Embassy Bucharest for hosting us and to everyone who joined!

Multe mulțumiri celor de la Asociația De Prim Ajutor pentru tot sprijinul oferit în organizarea cursurilor de prim ajutor pentru echipa Travel Carpathia – de la ghizi și educatori, la colegi din logistică, birou sau bucătărie.

Cu profesionalism, răbdare și exemple clare, ne-au transmis mai mult decât cunoștințe – ne-au amintit cât de important este să nu rămânem indiferenți atunci când cineva are nevoie de ajutor. Am învățat, alături de ei, cm fiecare gest, oricât de mic, poate salva o viață.

Fundatia Conservation Carpathia

Fundația Conservation Carpathia (FCC) reprezintă una dintre cele mai mari inițiative private de conservare din Europa și are ca obiectiv crearea unei zone protejate cu natură sălbatică de clasă mondială în Munții Făgăraș.

Prin dezvoltarea unor exemple de afaceri verzi în zona Munților Făgăraș și prin colaborarea strânsă cu comunitățile locale, intenționăm să creăm o economie sănătoasă și durabilă.

Travel Carpathia a fost creat pentru a susține activitățile de conservare ale FCC prin ecoturism. Totodată, programul pune la dispoziția iubitorilor de natură o gamă vastă de itinerarii, menite să îi introducă pe aceștia în frumusețea sălbatică a Carpaților.

Fie că doriți să descoperiți animalele sălbatice din Munții Făgăraș petrecând câteva nopți în observatoarele noastre de faună sau să vă împrieteniți cu surele de stepă de la ferma noastră de biodiversitate din Cobor, fie că alegeți un tur prestabilit sau un itinerariu personalizat, veți avea parte de o experiență unică și memorabilă!
