Takes more time to get safe ladder balance than to do the job. Not in any hurry though in this heat. Fixed by a screw in to the timber at the top and balanced at the bottom to even out the gradient.
Now the fun bit to sand it down.

Showed her Saturn proper for the first time. Then Neptune not so sure though. Great night viewing with the telescope.

Yes but it cannot be so bad as popping to the pub for larger full of monosodium glutamate and carbon dioxide additives.

It’s cold like larger, has too much sugar and how is that any good for you.

Well it may be true, but it is made with natural rock filtered water, cold and fizzy through with pure iron sulphurs. And though the juice has lots of sugar added, it is made with organic apricots not often available anywhere in this form.

Make mine a double apricot with fresh sulphur water then.

Simple ideas work best. Like instead of steak n chips, what about Italian olive oil, c/o Rusvan & Iuli, on local crafted Tomatoes c/o Andrea and Soltan. Bread recipe with cranberries & cheese c/ o same ( happy birthday Andrea) , red wine c/o Elemer, still the best. All organic & local. Fresher than a daisy. Now for some forest bathing in the mildness of the eve.

Took courage after making contact with a local astronomer. The telescope is a good one according to the expert.

So went up to a local disused Chapel, overlooking the city of Meircurea Ciuc. Never seen so many visible shots come out.

I knew something was special about being higher than the light pollution. Great early view of Venus , shooting stars flashing as near as kites.

Magde never even got nervous.
Saturn is in there too.

Building the new fence required me to slice it down the middle. So the lengths were lighter at the top of the fence with wider ones at the base yo prevent it being top heavy.

Magde saved a queen bumblebee by reviving it after a soapy water bath. Rinsed it with fresh water. Fed it , kept in doors overnight, then left in the sunshine to live again. Often a bit of sugar water does that to bees.

Some herbs where we were visited by a bear first thing this am. No to to snap it a picture. Great to see though, means it was no scared of us as we are not a threat to it. Or any wildlife in this valley, we are in their habitat.
