Weekendul care a trecut l-am petrecut din nou la Cabana Negoiu unde am facut cel de-al doilea curs de alpinism hibernal de anul acesta. Cei 7 membrii ai grupului au studiat tehnici de alpinism clasic de iarna, am invatat sa facem traverse, amaraje, ancore in diverse puncte, rapel, urcare pe blocator, utilizarea echipamentului tehnic de iarna, studiul zapezii, alegerea corecta a unei rute de iarna, cautare si salvare din avalansa.
A fost un weekend rece dar foarte frumos!

Astazi am avut un atelier de alpinism hibernal in zona Cabanei Negoiu. Vremea a fost excelenta si am putut parcurge toate elementele propuse.
Azi am invatat sa:
- alegem corect o ruta pe timp de iarna
- montat traverse cu ancore fixe si mobile
- rapel si ascensiune cu blocator
- elemente tehnice precum: noduri, sisteme de securitate, stationare sau dinamice
- recuperare si salvare victeme din avalansa
- folosire sistemelor DVA
- sondare, sapat, bivuac si multe altele.
