⚡️⚡️ There is a new lockdown is in Moscow:
Starting Oct. 28:
▪️ all nonfood stores in the capital will close, except pharmacies and those that sell basic necessities;
▪️ all cafes and restaurants will close;
▪️ businesses that provide personal services to citizens, as well as beauty salons, fitness clubs, and swimming pools, are closed;
▪ Dental offices are shut down, except in cases of emergency care;
▪ cinemas, museums, concert halls, and circuses are closed;
▪️ theaters and museums can be visited using QR codes.
from November 8 until the epidemiological situation improves:
▪️ Attendance by citizens at concert, entertainment, cultural, entertainment, educational, sports events with a simultaneous attendance of more than 500 people is allowed provided that organizations, individual entrepreneurs comply with the requirements for the use of QR codes;
▪️ various services providing face-to-face services to citizens are recommended to make their own decision on the use of QR codes.
