Red October, which was once the factory that produced the famous Alenka chocolate. Chocolate production moved out in 2007 and an art-cluster of hip bars, trendy restaurants, contemporary galleries, happening clubs, clothing and bric-a-brac shops and other artsy joints moved in.

The Savior Cathedral of the Andronikov Monastery is the oldest building in Moscow (outside the Kremlin). It was built between 1425 and 1427 to replace a wooden church in it's place. It's interior was decorated with Andrey Rublev and Daniil Chernuy's frescoes which have not been preserved. In the middle of the 19th century, the cathedral was partially rebuilt after a fire. In the middle of the 20th century, it was reconstructed according to its original design.
