After the first international trip? You’ll feel like a pro. But the first time can feel like a lot—so here’s exactly what to expect, step by step ✈️🌍

From passport checks before you go → to what actually happens when you land → to getting back home, it’s way more straightforward than people make it out to be.

Save this so you’re not scrambling at the airport 👀

And if you’ve been putting off that first international trip because it feels overwhelming… consider this your sign to just go for it. With the right prep (and the right support), it’s a lot simpler than it seems.

Hallelujah for booking with perks 😌✨

Room upgrade? say less
Hotel credit? already spent
Late checkout? not rushing anywhere

Same hotel… just a way better experience

If you’re booking anyway, you might as well do it right

Brussels recap 🇧🇪✨
3 days, so much chocolate, and one of the easiest cities to just enjoy

Here’s exactly how I spent my time:

Day 1:foodtours chocolate & beer tour → the best intro (and immediately set the tone)

Day 2:
Full day trip to Ghent + Bruges → straight out of a storybook

Day 3:
Hop-on hop-off bus, wandering, and shopping for chocolate → the perfect slow ending

Stayed:

Ate:
• Pasta Divina

Brussels is one of those places that feels low-key at first… and then totally wins you over

Would you rather: day trip to Bruges 🏰 or stay in Brussels 🍫?

October travel, sorted 🍂

From the energy of Munich to peak foliage in Vermont, spice-filled souks in Marrakech, and beach days in Maui—this is your sign to plan a fall trip that actually fits your travel style.

Whether you want festivals, cozy weekends, something far-flung, or sunshine, October is one of those rare months that truly has it all.

Planning a trip with multiple generations? It doesn’t have to be complicated — it just needs the right approach ✈️

From getting everyone aligned before you book to building in space to actually enjoy the trip, these are the things that make all the difference between “we survived” and “that was so fun, let’s do it again.”

The biggest shift I see? Prioritizing flexibility. The best multi-gen trips aren’t packed schedules — they’re thoughtful ones.

And if coordinating flights, rooms, and everyone’s preferences already feels overwhelming… that’s exactly where I come in 😉

Save this for later if a family trip is on your radar, and send it to the group chat when planning starts.

Amsterdam recap 🇳🇱✨
3 days, tulip season, and everything I’d do again (and skip nothing tbh)

Here’s exactly how I spent my time:

Day 1:
Museumplein + Albert Cuyp Market → perfect intro to the city

Day 2:
Keukenhof (yes, it’s touristy… and yes, it’s 100% worth it 🌷)

Day 3:
Zaanse Schans, shopping, canal tour, Anne Frank House → packed but so good

Stayed:

Amsterdam is one of those cities where you can plan a lot… or nothing at all and still have the best time

Would you rather: tulip fields 🌷 or canal wandering 🚲?

It’s giving best of both worlds energy 🎤✨

If you’ve ever tried to plan a trip and thought
“ok but I want to relax and actually explore…”

this is your sign to stop choosing

You 🤝 your September travel plans

Not quite summer, not quite fall… aka one of the best times to go almost anywhere ✈️

Whether you’re craving a European coast, a far-flung escape, or something closer to home, these are 4 of my favorite early fall picks that just make sense in September.

Save this for later + tell me which one you’re choosing 👀

Dublin, but make it easy 🇮🇪☘️

Where to stay, where to eat, and what to explore—saved in one place so you don’t have to overthink it. If Ireland is on your list, this is your sign to start planning.

Save this for your future trip ✈️

The stars have literally aligned for 2026. ✨

From a total solar eclipse in Iceland to meteors streaking over Joshua Tree and the snowy skies of Finnish Lapland, these are the sky shows worth traveling for. 🌌
