This was hell of a ride! The beauty of this place makes me come back once again but for much longer time. Loot at me, My Lord, my eyes are half-closed searching for some sleep) 2 days and 2 nights in a row riding around the islands on my bike without even a nap. Actually there's a big smile indeed deep inside my face cause this adventure will always be on my mind)

There are a lot of various monuments in Murmansk region concerning WWII. This is the land of true courage and honor of the soviet soldiers having defended its motherland against n***s. Remember the War is said on this monument located in the abandoned town Port Vladimir.

Yet another picture from Retinskoe facing to the navy base Severomorsk which is known for its nuclear cruisers, submarines and other vessels. Citizens of Murmansk make Retinskoe alive once in a year on the day of the Russian Navy. There's a terrific view on that spectacular ship parade. Unfortunately Severomorsk is not allowed to enter if you are a civilian or don't live in that town. But luckily we still have our beloved Retinskoe.
