Sights in Moscow you MUST visit! Part TWO

GUM
Moscow's oldest and most upscale shopping center is an architectural marvel. The beauty of the building itself is worth a visit. GUM (short for Glávnyj Universálnyj Magazín or "Main Universal Store") was built in the late 1800s. Home to brands like Gucci and Manolo Blahnik.

Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve
Tsaritsyno is a palace museum and park reserve. It is located in the south of Moscow and includes an architectural complex of the late 18th century, Greenhouses, Historical Landscaped Park with ponds and new park zones with Light dynamic fountain.

Red Square and St. Basil's Cathedral
All of Moscow's main streets start at Red Square, so it's easy to see why this is considered the heart of the city. St. Basil's Cathedral is one of the most recognizable buildings on the square, was built in 1555.

Museum of Cosmonautics
The museum's amazing collection includes over 85,000 items, which is inspiring. Main exhibits include the space capsule used by Yuri Gagarin, the first human to travel into outer space; a USSR flag with moon fragments; a Soviet spacesuit; and a rocket propulsion unit from the 1960s.

Arbat Street
Moscow's one-kilometer-long pedestrian street has been around since the 15th century. A great place to pick up souvenirs or sit down at an outdoor café, Arbat Street also offers a chance to visit the former home of poet Alexander Pushkin and the café both Anton Chekhov and Leo Tolstoy used to visit.

Sights in Moscow you MUST visit! Part ONE

Kremlin
The Kremlin is Moscow's most recognizable structure. The Grand Kremlin Palace has over 700 rooms! It was once home to the Tsar family and is now the official residence of the president of the Russian Federation.

VDNKh
This park complex now houses amusement rides, ice rinks, and a number of galleries and other attractions for all ages. The park's most famous landmarks are the Moskvarium, a marine biology center home to over 8000 species of marine animals, the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art, and a shopping center selling traditional products from former Soviet countries.

Gorky Park
Gorky Park covers 120 hectares of beautiful ponds and green spaces. Popular with both locals and tourists, the park offers a variety of things to enjoy-from sunbeds, hammocks, and drinking fountains to free yoga classes and children's playgrounds.

Bolshoi Theater
It is home to the largest and one of the oldest ballet and opera companies in the world. Catching a show from the resident ballet and opera troupes is a treat. The theater often presents a number of classic performances, such as Tchaikovsky's Mazeppa and Rachmaninoff's Francesca da Rimini, both of which originally premiered here.

Tretyakov Gallery
You will find here the largest collection of Russian art in the world with over 180,000 paintings, sculptures, and religious art dating back to over a millennia ago.

What do you think about these sights? Have you been there?

PART 2 will be publishes soon!

Spring is amazing time to visit Baikal! Why? Here is the list of reasons. Let's go!

✨The clearest air of Baikal. Many places on Lake Baikal are still inaccessible to a wide range of tourists in cars. In addition, there is no operating manufactures on the shores of the sacred lake. The air stays fresh no matter how the wind rose changes.

✨The opportunity to visit the ritual of the Olkhon shaman and get unforgettable experience.

✨You will go hiking with an experienced guide and professional photographer as well as taking unique souvenir photos.

✨Excursions. During the excursion you will have an opportunity to see amazing grottoes, the Rock of Love, Mount Jima, the Olkhon Gates Strait, hear local legends, and try local dishes.

✨Visiting the holy springs and renew the energy of body. It's indescribable and truly priceless!

We decided to share our thoughts after the first fair in 2022.
The fair was amazing. We have met our partners, this is one of the greatest things!
We also want to note that many people assisted to the fair, so it is visible that tourism is little by little recovering despite to the current situation.

We hope the trend will continue!

Important information (will be updated)
Here are the rules that tourists planning to enter Russia must follow:

1. Entry to foreign citizens is possible with a PCR test 48 hours maximum prior to arrival.

2. While in Russia, visiting most museums (Hermitage, Russian Museum, Kremlin, Tretyakovskaya Gallery) requires a PCR test valid for 24 hours. To do this, we invite a laboratory to our clients in the evening to the hotel, which makes tests and sends the results within 4-8 hours. The cost of the test does not exceed 24 EUR. The procedure is well-established, passes quickly and does not interfere with enjoying your stay in Russia.

3. We try to group the visits that require the test so that it is not necessary to do it every day.

4. Masks must be worn in all public places.

5. Unfortunately, vaccines such as Pfizer, AstraZeneca or Moderna are not yet recognized in Russia. But we hope for an early mutual recognition of vaccines, which will allow foreigners to freely come to Russia.

6. We accept foreign tourists from different countries and their travels are going well and without problems. We will be happy to organize trips for your tourists and make them fall in love with Russia!

If you have questions and/or requests, please send them via e-mail to [email protected]
