The mentality of St. Petersburg residents amazes guests no less than the beauty of the city!..Where do this politeness, good manners and delicacy come from? Let's figure it out 😊

Peter the Great, the founder, wanted to make Russia an advanced country, and St. Petersburg got the honorary role of a "window to Europe", as well as a kind of experimental platform for finding ways to promote Russia to world leaders. So, the mission of the city is to become a "pathbreaker". For a long time, St. Petersburg was the capital of Russia. The center of the social and cultural life of the country was formed here.
