🚨 Extremely Disappointed with McDonald’s Gulberg Green Islamabad – Ruined My Son’s Birthday! 🎈
I want to share a terrible experience we had on 21st June 2025 while celebrating my son’s birthday at McDonald’s Gulberg Green.
What should have been a joyful memory turned into a complete disaster because of poor planning and zero management support:
❌ The AC wasn’t working – the hall was suffocating.
❌ Room was overcrowded – guests were left standing.
❌ Balloon décor collapsed 15 minutes in – no quality control.
❌ No staff support – we had to keep running to the counter for basic things.
❌ No cake knife – we embarrassingly had to use a plastic spoon.
❌ Cake and food were served together – total chaos.
❌ No proper goody bags or Milo, despite prior requests. Staff promised a callback – we’re still waiting!
We expected better from a global brand like McDonald's. Instead, we were embarrassed in front of our guests and left deeply frustrated.
I’m posting this not just to express our disappointment but to warn other parents who are planning celebrations at this branch.
McDonald's – we demand a formal apology and proper compensation for ruining our child’s special day. This was unacceptable.
