⚠️ First time visiting Masjid al-Haram? Save these essential locations before you need them 🤍

Navigating Haram can be overwhelming for many pilgrims, especially during busy periods. These important tips can help save time, reduce stress, and make your Umrah or Hajj journey smoother.

📍 1️⃣ Direct Access to the Mataaf (Kaaba / Tawaf Area)
The following gates usually provide quicker access to the Mataaf area for pilgrims in Ihram:

✅ Gate 1
✅ Gate 45
✅ Gate 63
✅ Gate 79
✅ Gate 100

📍 2️⃣ Access to the Rooftop Prayer Area
For rooftop prayer spaces, use these gates:

✅ Gate 66
✅ Gate 84
✅ Gate 90
✅ Gate 91
✅ Gate 92
✅ Gate 93

Look for escalators marked:
“Upper Floors / Roof”

📍 3️⃣ Luggage Storage Locations
Official luggage storage points are available at:

✅ Near King Abdul Aziz Gate (Gate 1) beside WC2
✅ Near King Fahd Gate (Gate 79)
✅ Opposite Gate 64 (Western Courtyard)
✅ Near Makkah Library (Eastern Courtyard)

📍 4️⃣ Lost & Found Office
Lost your wallet, bag, or phone?

➡️ Exit from Marwah
➡️ Continue past WC 9
➡️ The Lost & Found office is located beside Maktabat Makkah al-Mukarramah (Old Mawlid House area)

📍 5️⃣ Free Wheelchair Assistance for Tawaf
Free wheelchair services are commonly available near:

✅ Ajyad side entrances
✅ King Abdulaziz Gate area
✅ Safa–Marwah corridor entrances
✅ Assistance service points inside Haram

You can ask the staff:
“Free wheelchair for tawaf.”

📍 6️⃣ Buggy Service for Tawaf & Sa’i
To access the buggy service:

➡️ Enter from the Ajyad side
➡️ Proceed between WC 2 & WC 3
➡️ Go up to Level 2

At the buggy service area:

✅ Scan the QR code
✅ Connect to the provided WiFi
✅ Complete the registration process
