সৌদি প্রবেশে নিষেধাজ্ঞা প্রত্যাহার 🌹🌹
করোনার নতুন স্ট্রেইনের সংক্রমণ ঠেকাতে সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ করে দেয়া আকাশ, নৌ ও সড়ক পথ খুলে দিয়েছে সৌদি আরব। দেশটির রাষ্ট্রীয় সংবাদ সংস্থার বরাত দিয়ে রোববার এ খবর দিয়েছে বার্তা সংস্থা রয়টার্স।

দেশটির স্বরাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়ের বিবৃতির বরাত দিয়ে সৌদি প্রেস এজেন্সির খবরে বলা হয়, দুই সপ্তাহের সাময়িক নিষেধাজ্ঞার পর আকাশ, ভূমি ও সমুদ্রপথে সৌদি আরবে প্রবেশ রোববার থেকে চালু হচ্ছে। তবে দেশটির স্বরাস্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়ের এক কর্মকর্তা বলেন, রোববার থেকে প্রবেশ চালু হলেও কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে বিধিনিষেধ থাকবে।

তিনি জানান, যুক্তরাজ্যসহ যেসব দেশে করোনার নতুন স্ট্রেইন শনাক্ত হয়েছে, সেসব দেশ থেকে সৌদির নাগরিক নন এমন যারা আসবেন, তাদের অন্তত ১৪ দিন অন্য দেশে থাকতে হবে। এছাড়া ওইসব দেশ থেকে সৌদির যেসব নাগরিক মানবিক বা জরুরি প্রয়োজনে দেশে আসবেন, তাদের ১৪ দিন নিজ ঘরে পর্যবেক্ষণে রাখা হবে।

যুক্তরাজ্যে করোনার নতুন স্ট্রেইন শনাক্ত ও সংক্রমণ ছড়িয়ে পড়ায় গত ২০শে ডিসেম্বর সৌদি আরব সবধরনের আন্তর্জাতিক ফ্লাইট সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ করে দেয়। এছাড়া সড়ক–সমুদ্রপথেও সৌদি আরবে প্রবেশে-বের হতে নিষিদ্ধ করা হয়। প্রথমে এক সপ্তাহের জন্য, পরে এই নিষেধাজ্ঞার মেয়াদ আরও এক সপ্তাহ বাড়ানো হয়।।

resumed international flights on 3 Jan from 11am under the following conditions:

1. The entry of foriegners from the , and any country where the new variant spread:

- Any travelers from these countries must have spent no less than 14 days in a country where the variant has not been reported before entering the Kingdom.

- They must also take a PCR test at the end of the 14 day period and have a negative result.

2. citizens and individuals allowed entry on humanitarian or essential cases must quarantine at home for 14 days “under supervision,” if they are coming from countries where the COVID-19 variant has been detected.

- They must also take two PCR tests, one no more than 48 hours after arrival in the Kingdom and the other on the 13th day of self-isolation.

3. For travelers coming from countries where the variant has been reported, they must quarantine at home under supervision for 7 days and take a PCR test on the sixth day from arrival.

4. For travelers from countries where the coronavirus variant has not been detected, they must self-isolate at home for 7 days or self-isolate at home for 3 days and take a PCR test.
