One of our clients; an international leading company needs Program Managers / Senior Consulting Managers – Directors / Project Manager / Consulting Managers / Senior Consultant to be based in Saudi Arabia with the following qualifications / skills:
A Bachelor or higher (Master preferred) degree in Tourism and Culture related fields
6-17 years of experience in a similar role, out of which a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a Program/Project Management capacity, in one or more of the below domains:
Tourism and Culture Sector
Cultural Heritage Management
Tourism and Destination Management Marketing
Tourism Product Development
Archeology and Conservation
Museums and Cultural Planning
Arts exhibitions
Community and Socio-economic Development
Hospitality and Hotel Management
Horticulture
Familiar with best practices in (E)PMO structures and operating models
PMP, PgMP, Prince2, Green Project Management or any other related professional certification
Strong experience in delivering programs/projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Successful performance within team environments, enjoy being part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Experience in overseeing and reporting progress of large-scale programs/projects.
Experience in driving large-scale change.
Sector exposure and experience of different labor reforms
Planning (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera) and reporting tools (MS office, Power BI dashboard, etc..)
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
