YOGA / ROCK CLIMBING ADVENTURE

Join me for Beachy and a Rocky Adventure full of fun activities with a 3 day Rock climbing course for beginners in tropical THAILAND 🇹🇭

I will take you around the sites and introduce you to rock climbing. We'll do some yoga, go on a boat trip, caving, kayaking, beaching you name it!!!

This is an all Inclusive Yoga / Rock climbing holiday. Includes:
- Transport
- Accommodation
- Meals during activities
- 3Days Climbing course, Yoga, Full Day Boat Trip, Licensed Instructor, Climbing gear, Caving Hiking, Kayaking, insurance and all Government permits and taxes.

DAY 1: Arrival krabi airport before 12pm / transfer to Tonsai

DAY 2: Full day climbing, caving and abseiling (course day 1)

DAY 3: Full day leading skills course or climbing depending on ability and interest (course day 2) + Evening Yoga

DAY 4: Sunrise / Morning Yoga + full day boat trip

DAY 5: 1/2 climbing (course day 2.5) + do Tab Kak Hang Nak Hill Nature Trail (3 to 5 hours) or relax at Klong Muang beach

DAY 6: 1/2 day climbing (course day 3) in the morning + kayaking through Ao thalene canyon + evening yoga

DAY 7: Last minute souvenire shopping/Departure to Krabi Airport

Day 1 - Pick up from Muscat airport. Arrive at Ras Al Hadd, BBQ Dinner

Day 2 - Breakfast, Boat ride to see the dolphins, swim/snorkel, lunch, rest, sunset yogahike at turtle reserve and save the baby turtles, dinner

Day 3 - Breakfast and departure to Muscat airport (optional - hikiing and swimming in Wadi Shab on the way back to airport)
