Pack light 🧥🥼👚 - this might be obvious to some but not to others! It's sometimes alright to wear the same thing multiple days. Write down a list of things you have to bring and cut that list down by half!

Jetlag is 😤🥵😰 Avoid it by getting onto the local time zone as soon as you board the plane. What I do is I change the time on my watch to the destination so I'm programming my body!

Download Google Translate: If you're travelling to a country where they don't use a latin script or the population don't use English, Google Translate will help you get out of tricky situations. Here are some more useful tips:

1. Download the local language so you can translate even when you're offline.
2. Use the microphone feature to translate someone in real-time, both for a one-off message or an entire conversation.
3. Transcribe some audio to get the text - useful if you want to search something.

Turn on 'private browsing' for cheaper flights. Airlines often install cookies on your browser and track your visits, which often means the more you visit, the higher the price. When you use private browsing (e.g. Google Chrome's incognito), these cookies are deleted, so they have no way of knowing you visited!

Need to charge your phone but can't find a power source? Try plugging your cable into a nearby TV! 📺

Silly trick I learnt once in Morocco 🇲🇦 My iphone📱 was desperately out of battery and there were no wall plugs in sight. Thankfully the tv at the local tea house saved my day 🤩

First tip: Consider packing a towel 🧖‍♀️Depending on where you’re going, a towel may come in really handy. If you’re backpacking around Europe, camping or making quick stops by some national parks then a microfibre towel might be useful. If you’re staying in a 5-star hotel for your whole trip then maybe not… Either way, always consider a towel when packing!
