The surface on the ice is rough and it's not good ice-skating conditions. We passed (on ice-skates) where the picture was taken on our way out. 15 minutes later we were back, and the break of the ice was there.

The ice is now covering big and small lakes in the Malingsbo-Kl**en Nature Reserve. Both ice-skating and skiing is possible. Photo from the 4 km long ski track.
