After our long winter, summer feels like pure freedom. Right now, we're enjoying temperatures around 23°C, with the sun setting at 22:58 and rising at 2:12. It never truly gets dark, and every day feels endless.

While we are enjoying the return of the spring sun here in Luleå, we are already looking ahead to the return of the darkness. Many people wait for the deep snow of January, but did you know the Northern Lights season actually begins in late August/early September?
