By using a combination of mindfulness and CBT you will be invited to explore, challenge, and act upon bodily signals, thoughts, feelings and behavioural patterns that have led to overweight and perhaps even ill health. The programme is about looking after your body and health with greater awareness. The challenge lies in becoming aware of when, where and how you eat and of being able to change your habits. You will be exploring and challenging them for eight weeks. The goal isn’t necessarily about losing weight. It can be about enjoying your food more, befriending your body, being able to eat with others in a natural way or being less stressed about food. Better health comes in the bargain!
