Now that the days are growing colder, it’s easy to drift away in memories of summer—back to our trip to Lapland. The fishing was tough at times, the pike cautious and unpredictable, but surrounded by that breathtaking northern wilderness and with good friends close at hand, it hardly mattered.
We spent long days on clear, quiet waters under the endless glow of the midnight sun, sharing stories, laughter, and the kind of calm you only find far above the Arctic Circle. And even though the fishing challenged us, we still managed to land a few true giants—each one an adrenaline-filled moment we won’t forget.
Difficult fishing, stunning nature, and great company made the trip something truly special. A place to dream back to now, as the cold settles in.
